2024 4th International Conference on Image Processing and Intelligent Control has been successfully held onlie from May 10th to 12th, 2024. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in advanced algorithms and Neural Networks. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.

At the same time, we invited three distinguished professors to deliver exceptional keynote speeches at the plenary session. Following the keynote presentations, five other outstanding scholars delivered oral presentations.
